BSM helps Life Science companies to achieve truly Lean standards in Productivity and Velocity in their Manufacturing, Laboratory and QA activities. We do this by helping them to implement the long-established but little-understood Real Lean practices of Levelling, Flow and Standard Work, in tandem with generic Waste Elimination techniques.

We are currently looking to expand our Operations Excellence team.

If you are a Post-Doc in Biochemistry/Chemistry and are interested in working as an ‘Operational Excellence Consultant ‘ in the world’s biggest Life Science companies, you might be interested in joining our growing team. The role will involve the optimisation of Life Science Value Streams, particularly in Production, QC Labs, QA and R&D Labs.

The role will involve a significant amount of travel within the US.
